E-911 Communications Center

The Henderson County E911 Communications Center's goal is to provide prompt, efficient and courteous emergency services to the citizens of Henderson County. Communications Center personnel are committed to excellence in the delivery of these services while treating people with dignity and respect.

The Communications Center is responsible for processing all emergency and non emergency calls for service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These calls include, but are not limited to, law enforcement emergencies, fire emergencies, medical emergencies and various other requests for services.

We provide dispatch services for the following agencies: Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, Fletcher Police Department, Henderson County Emergency Medical Services, Henderson County Rescue Squad,
Henderson County Fire Marshal, Bat Cave Fire and Rescue, Blue Ridge Fire and Rescue, Dana Fire and Rescue, Edneyville Fire and Rescue, Etowah Fire and Rescue, Fletcher Fire and Rescue, Gerton Fire and Rescue, Green River Fire and Rescue, Hendersonville Fire Department, Mills River Fire and Rescue, Mountain Home Fire and Rescue, Saluda Fire and Rescue, Valley Hill Fire and Rescue and North Carolina Forest Service
